Bricks and mortar along with land can always be depended on as a good investment. There are many ways that property can provide an income for the savvy investor. There are those investors that use property to receive income from capital gains:

example - An investor buys a house for $250,000. After five years its value has gone up and the investor sells the house for $320,000 making a tidy profit of $70,000.

Then there are those investors who use property as a stream of income:

example - An investor owns ten houses, each providing a positive cashflow of $50 a month. This means the investor now has an income of $500 a month.

Within these two different income options there are many different strategies. Which one you use will depend on the situation. This site will not go into these strategies, please see our links page for sites that can provide information on investment strategies.

There are many investors out there who have the money but do not have the time to look for properties. Then there are many investors out there who do not have the money but have the time to find great deals, or to create great deals.
We act like the go between for these two groups, we have a list of people from each area who we regularly contact with new opportunities.

There are those that are bird-dogging and finding great deals, they pass these on to us for a commission, we then pass these onto the investors.
(Please be aware that commissions are only provided if a money investor takes the property on)
